Over the course of the next few months, these playwrights will be workshopping original, full-length plays with YPT. Playwrights will meet virtually with YPT Artistic Director Farah Lawal Harris in workshop sessions for their scripts and will present their plays publicly in two virtual readings in February and May 2021. Playwrights will complete the program in May 2021 with carefully developed scripts that they will take with them as they continue their journey as playwrights.
